Kapil Sharma

Kapil Sharma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and program delivery, currently serving as Director, Project and Program Delivery at CIBC since May 2018. With a focus on leading multi-year, multi-million dollar Industry Regulatory Programs in Capital Markets and SWIFT Wires, Kapil provides expert guidance in solution development, budgeting, scheduling, and monitoring deliverables. Prior to CIBC, Kapil held various roles at The Canadian Depository for Securities Limited (CDS) from June 2009 to May 2018, including Engagement Manager and Technology & Functional Consultant, where expertise in application development and depository operations was demonstrated. Earlier roles included Automation Testing Lead and Lead Mainframe Developer at Tata Consultancy Services, and a Technical Support Analyst at Dell. Kapil Sharma holds a Bachelor of Technology - BTech (Hons.) in Electrical and Electronics from APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, completed in 2007.
