Karthik Bhaskar is a Machine Learning Researcher and Engineer currently based at CIBC, where they have engineered and deployed innovative AI solutions that significantly enhance organizational efficiency. They earned their master's degree and conducted research on deep learning-based recommendation systems, particularly during their time at Wolseley Canada Inc. and the Vector Institute. With experience spanning software engineering and data science, Karthik has worked on diverse projects involving NLP, computer vision, and healthcare applications. They are also actively involved in mentoring students and professionals in the field of machine learning.
