Kate Jaczko

Kate Jaczko is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in real estate credit risk management at CIBC since July 2011, currently serving as Vice President of Real Estate Credit Risk Management. Kate leads a team of approximately 25 real estate credit risk adjudicators, overseeing all commercial real estate loans across Canada and managing critical relationships between frontline business operations and credit risk management. Previous roles include Market Vice President for the GTA and Director within the Real Estate Finance Division, showcasing a strong track record in managing portfolios, driving revenue growth, and facilitating loan origination. Kate holds a degree in Economics and Business from Queen's University and participated in an exchange program at Rotterdam School of Management. Early career experiences include an internship at KJ Harrison & Partners and managerial roles at the YMCA of Western Ontario.
