Kate Stevenson

Stevenson has extensive corporate governance experience, and previously was a financial executive in the telecommunications and banking sectors, across Canada and the U.S. over the past two decades. They currently serve on the OpenText board as a board member and on the Audit Committee, and on Unity Health Toronto as a board member and Chair of the Resources Committee. Their past roles include serving as Chair of the Board at CIBC in 2021, and board memberships and committee leadership at Bausch Health Companies Inc.; CAE (former Board Member and former Chair of the Audit Committee); OSI Pharmaceuticals Inc. (former Board Member and Audit Committee Chair); Capital Power (former Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee); The Bishop Strachan School (Past Chair of the Board); the University of Guelph (Past Vice-Chair of the Board and former Chair of the Finance Committee from 2012-2014); and St. Michael's Hospital Foundation. They graduated Magna Cum Laude from Harvard College in 1984.
