Katherine Millay has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Executive Director of Human Resources at CIBC since September 2011, where previous roles included Director of Human Resources. Prior to CIBC, Katherine held the position of Project Manager for Associate Development at Shearman & Sterling LLP from December 2010 to September 2011 and worked at Morgan Stanley as an HR Manager between June 2004 and December 2010. Katherine began her career as a Marketing Coordinator at Lee Hecht Harrison from April 2001 to June 2004.
