Kathy Chan is a Business Process Engineering Consultant with a diverse background in healthcare and engineering. From 2011 to 2013, Kathy served as a Human Factors Researcher at Toronto General Hospital, where they won the Institute for Technology in Health Care Clinical Engineering Thesis Award and the American College of Clinical Engineering Student Paper Competition. Kathy held multiple roles at CIBC between 2017 and 2019, including Robotic Process Automation Consultant and Process Engineering Specialist, and is currently a Senior Consultant in the Internal Leadership Development Program at CIBC since 2022.
