'Kayode Okunubi

Kayode Okunubi is an experienced agile consultant currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master and Agile Lead at CIBC, where they have significantly reduced software delivery time and increased customer satisfaction. With a strong foundation in Lean Agile methodologies, they mentor and coach team members while facilitating agile practices across the organization. Kayode has previously worked as a Scrum Master at BMO Financial Group and The Home Depot, and as a Project Coordinator at Intact. They are pursuing a BSc in Pure & Applied Mathematics and an MBA in Strategic Management, further enhancing their expertise in the field.
