Keith White

Keith White is an experienced risk management professional with a career spanning over two decades in the financial services sector. Since March 2001, Keith has served as the Chief Risk Officer for CIBC, overseeing independent risk management for the Europe, Asia, and Australian offices, and is accountable for various risk types including climate, market, liquidity, operational, and credit risks. Previously, Keith held the position of Head of Capital Markets Risk and Global Head of CM Stress Testing at CIBC, focusing on market and counterparty credit risk. Earlier roles include Risk Manager at the Financial Services Authority, where responsibilities included market risk management and the assessment of Basel risk models, and Market Surveillance Analyst at the London Metal Exchange. Keith holds a degree in Physics from the University of Bristol.
