Kevin Brooks

Kevin Brooks is an HR leader with over 20 years of experience in driving strategy, talent development, and organizational excellence. Currently serving as the Senior Director at CIBC’s Costco Contact Centre, they lead a team of HR professionals dedicated to supporting colleagues across the organization. Previously, Kevin held various senior HR roles within CIBC, such as Human Resources Director and Associate Vice President, demonstrating a strong commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in HR Management and a minor in French from the University of New Brunswick, where they graduated on the Dean's List.
