Kristy Rainforth

Kristy Rainforth, CAMS, possesses a strong background in anti-money laundering (AML) and customer service, with extensive experience in investigative roles at CIBC from May 2017 to January 2019, including positions as Manager and Senior Investigator in AML Investigations. Prior to this, Kristy worked as a Barista at Starbucks and held roles as a Receptionist and Assistant at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where responsibilities included customer assistance, account reconciliation, and fraud investigation. Kristy also gained experience as a Medical Receptionist in a dermatology office. Academic achievements include a Master’s Degree in Criminology and Sociolegal Studies from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Criminology and Psychology from York University, both with a GPA of 4.0.
