Lisa Ingram has extensive experience in leadership development and talent solutions, currently serving as the Director of Leadership Development at CIBC since November 1997, where responsibilities include overseeing the CIBC Leadership Institute. In addition, Lisa holds the position of Director of Learning Solutions, with a background as a Senior Instructional Designer and Financial Advisor. Since August 2021, Lisa has also been an Instructor in Leadership at Georgian@ILAC. Previous experience includes working as an Investment Associate and Assistant at BMO Nesbitt Burns from February 1996 to November 1997. Lisa's educational qualifications include an Executive Education degree from the Yale School of Management, an RYT500 certification from Balanced Life Yoga, a Teacher of Adults Certificate from Centennial College, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Laurentian University, a Certificate in Law and Justice from Laurentian University, and a Certificate in Indigenous Canada from the University of Alberta.
