Lisa Ying

Lisa Ying is a senior financial professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Business Controls in the Credit Card Division at CIBC. With extensive experience in audit, compliance, accounting, and planning, Lisa has successfully led various compliance and control initiatives while providing risk management advice to executive management. Prior to joining CIBC in 2001, Lisa held the position of Controller for the North America Teleweb division at Xerox Canada, where they established financial reporting and control programs. Lisa is also pursuing a Certified Management Accountant designation and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Co-Op Honors Management Accounting with an Economics Minor from the University of Waterloo.
