Louise Evans, CMP, is a Global Change Management and Communications Consultant with extensive experience supporting organizations in navigating change and driving employee adoption. With a background in crisis communications and corporate messaging, Louise has led initiatives across various sectors including banking, insurance, and government. Currently serving as Change Management Lead for Canadian Banking at CIBC, Louise develops change management strategies and stakeholder assessments to align with regulatory requirements. Louise also owns Louise Evans Communications Inc., providing consulting services to enhance project outcomes through effective communication strategies. They are pursuing a BA in English and Anthropology from the University of Toronto and a Diploma in Public Relations from Toronto Metropolitan University.
