Mark Guinn

Mark Guinn, CFA, B.Eng., is currently the Director of Asset Management Compliance at CIBC, where they have leveraged their extensive experience in compliance and investment representation. Previously, Mark served as a Senior Compliance Officer at CIBC and held a managerial role in asset management. With a background in engineering, Mark began their career at BOMBARDIER as the Lead Integrator for aircraft customization and later worked as a Project Engineer for the Department of National Defence at Bell Helicopter. Mark holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from Texas A&M University and earned the CFA Charter from the CFA Institute in 2015.
