Mark Jallim

Mark Jallim has extensive experience in the technology and support sectors, currently serving as a Director at CIBC since February 2006, with a focus on the integration and certification of endpoint systems, automated build processes, and enterprise image development. Prior roles included managing end-user desktop support and system deployments, configuring automation tools to enhance client support, and leading the Enterprise Print Support & Deployment Team. Before joining CIBC, Mark worked at Hewlett-Packard from November 2001 to October 2006, providing Level 2 application support and coordinating incident management processes. Mark’s expertise encompasses service delivery, systems configuration, and the development of tools that ensure consistent support for end users.
