Martin Li is a creative learning designer and experienced L&D manager currently serving as a Senior Learning Consultant at CIBC, where they designed and developed the Azure Cloud Learning Centre. Previously, they held positions such as Global Learning Program Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, overseeing learning program portfolios and curricula for cloud and operating systems, and founder of Baidu Academy, establishing the L&D function for Baidu.com. Martin also led L&D initiatives as the China L&D Country Lead at HP and managed training programs for Intuit. They are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Polymer Material at Sichuan University and a Master's degree in Management Information Systems at Beijing University of Chemical Technology.
