Melissa Saddler is a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Campus at CIBC, where they focus on recruiting for the Velocity co-op/internship program and the Activate New Graduate program. Previously, Melissa served as a Campus Recruiter in the Strategic Functions space at Scotiabank and held roles as a Human Resources Administrator at Trisura Guarantee Insurance Company and a Human Resources Assistant at Stackpole International. With a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from McMaster University, Melissa brings three years of experience in human resources and a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the recruitment process.
