Mica Sweet

Mica Sweet is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and corporate communications. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at CIBC since 2024, Mica held multiple leadership roles at the same organization from 2004 to 2023, including Vice President of Corporate Communications, Vice President of Insurance, Senior Director of Creditor Insurance Products, and other key positions. Prior to CIBC, Mica worked at EDULINX Canada Corporation as a Product Coordinator in Portfolio Management for Student Lending from 2004 to 2008, and earlier held a position in Development and Alumni Affairs at Renison College, University of Waterloo from 1999 to 2002.
