They have extensive experience in various legal roles, including positions at Sun Life Financial, where they handled litigation, investments, and contract law. Michael's career began with an articleship at the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General, followed by a summer student position at the Ontario Ministry of Government and Consumer Services. They earned their LLB in Law from the University of Windsor.
