Michael Ding

Michael Ding is an experienced professional in software quality assurance, having held various roles in multiple organizations since the early 1990s. At CIBC, from July 2014 to January 2022, Michael worked as a Senior Manager for QA Simplii and also served as a Consultant focused on Remote Banking and Shared Services. Prior to this, Michael was a Test Coordinator and Software Test Engineer at STMicroelectronics, where responsibilities included managing all SQA activities from test planning to problem reporting. Earlier positions included Software Quality Analyst at Genesis Microchip and Quality Assurance Specialist at The Peer Group and MKS. Michael holds a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo, earned between January 1990 and January 1994.
