Michael Dixon

Michael Dixon is currently the Director of Content Management at CIBC, where they lead a team focused on designing and executing skills enhancement programs for all employees. Previously, Michael held various leadership roles at CIBC, including Senior Manager of Business Operations Learning and Documentation and Senior Manager of Content Modernization, where they managed learning content libraries and led content migration initiatives. They also served as Manager of Business Information Management and Senior Manager of Learning Management, ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of training materials. Michael began their career as a Manager of Internal Communications at Katz Group Canada.
