Michael Jan

Michael Jan, CFE, is an experienced Swap Dealer and SBSD Compliance Officer currently serving as an Executive Director at CIBC, where they provide compliance advisory services and oversee the implementation of regulatory programs. Prior to their current role, Michael held positions at Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, culminating in over 14 years as a Vice President. They also served as a Manager at the National Futures Association, focusing on OTC derivatives examinations. Michael earned a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
