Mistine Lauzon

Mistine Lauzon is the Managing Director of Private Capital Investment Banking at CIBC Capital Markets, where they provide transaction advisory, capital raising, lending, and project finance solutions to a diverse range of global asset managers. Prior to this role, they served as Managing Director at the National Bank of Canada, focusing on investment banking for Consumer and Industrial Products clients. Lauzon also worked as a Vice President at Goldman Sachs from 2001 to 2017, specializing in M&A and financing transactions. They hold a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University and a Master of Arts in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
