Nick Jako is currently the Director of Business Management at CIBC, a role they have held since 2009. Prior to this, they served as an Associate Director of Call Centre Budgeting and Reporting at Bell ExpressVu from 2000 to 2005. Nick also held various positions at CIBC, including Senior Manager of Finance and Business Manager of the Business Contact Centre. They earned a Specialized Honours degree in Computer Science from York University between 1983 and 1987.
