Paul Gibson

Paul Gibson is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in venture banking and technology financing. With a career spanning over three decades, notable roles include Managing Director at Horizon Technology Finance Corporation and Hercules Technology Growth Capital, where Paul provided tailored debt solutions to technology companies in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. Previous leadership positions include Senior Vice President at Bridge Bank, where Paul established the Eastern Region, and Vice President roles at Silicon Valley Bank and Square 1 Bank. Currently, Paul serves as Managing Director and Eastern U.S. Region Head at CIBC, supporting Innovation Banking Deal Teams. Paul holds a BA in Political Science, Economics, and Religious Studies from Pepperdine University.
