Peter Mastromarini

Peter Mastromarini is the Managing Director and Group Head of Project Finance, Infrastructure, Power & Utilities at CIBC. Since joining CIBC Capital Markets in 1996, Peter has worked exclusively in corporate banking, leading various teams and being involved in over $100 billion in corporate and nonrecourse bank financings. Peter launched the Project Finance and Infrastructure lending team in 2009 and has significantly grown the business, which represents one of the largest industry verticals for the bank. They currently oversee the Project Finance and Infrastructure lending team in Canada while coordinating global project finance efforts across multiple regions. Peter is also a member of the Global Leadership Team at CIBC and holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business.
