Rachael Ball is currently the Director of Application Services with extensive experience in application operations and technology management. They previously held various roles at CIBC from 2004 to 2008, including Infrastructure Engineer and Senior Manager of Application Operations, where they managed a team and liaised with development teams and partners. Earlier, Rachael worked at Charon Systems as a System Engineer and at HP from 2009 to 2014 as a Senior IT Consultant specializing in Citrix technologies. Rachael holds a diploma in Network Technician from CDI College of Business & Technology and completed a Budgeting Workshop for Managers at the Canadian Management Centre.
