Rod Mucio

Rod Mucio is an IT Facilitator and Learning Designer at CIBC, bringing 30 years of experience in Information Technology. They have enabled optimal efficiency, security, and stability in enterprise network administrations while training employees on new technology products and mentoring IT teams in support procedures. Rod's previous roles include Network Administrator at K G Packaging and Avante, where they managed network infrastructures and provided various forms of support. They also worked as a Help Desk Analyst at McDonald's Corporation and briefly served as Regional Informatics Coordinator at the National Research Council Canada. Currently, Rod is pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at the University of Santo Tomas.
