Roger Chan

Roger Chan is the Director of the Risk Data Management Office, Market Risk at CIBC, where they have been shaping team culture and ensuring high engagement rates since 2016. With over 15 years of experience in software engineering and application design, and over a decade in the finance industry, they have developed a strong understanding of trading platform development and various derivative asset classes. Previously, they held roles as an Application Consultant and Director at CIBC World Markets, contributing significantly to client relationship management and project execution. Roger is currently pursuing degrees in Computer Science at Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology and a Bachelor of Building Services Engineering at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
