Saeed Ahmadi

Saeed Ahmadi, Ph.D., currently serves as a Senior Consultant and AI Scientist at CIBC, beginning in November 2023, where responsibilities include designing and developing machine learning pipelines in Python to address complex business challenges. Previously, from September 2015 to November 2023, Saeed held the position of Lead Data Scientist at Club Vita, focusing on longevity risk modeling. Academic experience includes roles as a lecturer at the University of Toronto and the University of Waterloo, teaching courses on statistics, regression, and linear algebra. Saeed also conducted postdoctoral research in Coherent Mortality Forecasting and has a solid background in actuarial science as a Life Actuary at Mellat Insurance. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Concordia University, a Master of Science in Actuarial Statistics, and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from Shahid Beheshti University.
