Sarah Fallis

Sarah Fallis is currently the Director of Workplace Investigations and Human Rights at CIBC, where they have served as a Senior Employee Relations Consultant and Workplace Investigator since 2023. Previously, Sarah worked at Torys LLP from 2018 to 2023 as a Pensions and Employment Associate and Corporate Associate, following their time as a Summer Law Student at CI Investments Inc. in 2017. They obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) from Dalhousie University's Schulich School of Law and have participated in various international and exchange programs, including at the National University of Singapore and Kwansei Gakuin University. Sarah is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts with Honours at Queen's University and holds a High School Diploma as an Ontario Scholar from North Toronto Collegiate Institute.
