Stephanie Bava is the founder of Socials Plus Studio, a social media, branding, and digital design agency for small businesses and content creators. They have over 13 years of experience in the financial services sector, having held various leadership and consultant roles at CIBC, where they led process and change management initiatives. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, specializing in Human Resources and Marketing, and is currently pursuing a certificate in Business Communications through Ryerson University. They are passionate about lifelong learning and continuously seek new challenges to enhance their skills.
