Steve Tyers is currently the SVP Modernization & Enablement at CIBC, a role they have held since 2020. Prior to this, they served as SVP & Region Head GTA East, VP Card Product Management, and VP Distribution Strategy & Planning among other positions at the bank, focusing on client growth and innovative product strategies. They began their career as a Consultant at Accenture and briefly worked in Sales at MacMillan Bloedel. Steve is pursuing an MBA at the Richard Ivey School of Business at The University of Western Ontario.
