Susannah Gouinlock is currently the Director of Workforce Transformation, having built a diverse career in academic affairs and public service. They served as the Academic Affairs Commissioner at both the Canadian Alliance of Student Associations and The Alma Mater Society of Queen's University, advocating for student interests. At Catalyst Inc., they advanced the inclusion of women in the workplace and held pivotal roles, including Senior Associate, from 2013 to 2016. Previously, Susannah gained experience in public affairs with CBC/Radio-Canada and the Embassy of Canada in Washington, DC, as well as serving in the Ontario Premier's Office. They hold a BA (Hons) in Political Studies from Queen's University, which they completed in 2011.
