Tania C.

Tania C. is currently the Director of Capital Markets Early Talent Programs at CIBC, having previously served as a Senior Consultant in the same area. They have a diverse background in talent management and recruitment, having held positions such as Manager of Leadership Development at Bell and Leadership Development Program Coordinator at Direct Energy. Prior to these roles, Tania worked as a Client Services Coordinator for the Canadian Red Cross and gained international experience teaching ESL. Tania holds a BA in Anthropology from Wilfrid Laurier University and certifications in Human Resources Management and Project Management.
