Tej Sahi

Tej Sahi is a senior banker with extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Fund Finance at CIBC Innovation Banking. They manage a team focused on expanding CIBC’s presence in the US and EMEA by structuring debt for Venture Capital and Private Equity funds. Prior to this role, Tej held several positions at Standard Chartered Bank, where they played a key role in expanding the Fund Financing business and managing North American Private Equity clients. They also served as Director at Silicon Valley Bank, focusing on financing solutions for Private Equity and Venture Capital firms. Tej completed the prestigious two-year International Graduate Program at Standard Chartered, which included a series of cross-divisional rotations in finance and investment banking.
