Terry Velan is the Associate Managing Director of U.S. Commercial Real Estate at CIBC, a position held since 2023. Prior to this, Terry served as Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Lending at Inland Bank and Trust from 2016 to 2023, and held various roles at BankFinancial between 2002 and 2006, including Credit Analyst and Assistant Vice President. Terry earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Marquette University in 1999.
