Tom Wallis

Tom Wallis, ABC, is a Senior Director of Public Affairs at CIBC, where they lead a high-performing PR team responsible for external communications, including corporate media relations, investor relations, and issues management. Tom has extensive experience in various communication roles at CIBC since 2016, including positions as Senior Director and Communications Specialist. Prior to this, they served as a Public Relations Officer at the Hamilton Region Conservation Authority and as a Communications Officer for the City of Hamilton. Tom began their career in journalism with internships at St. Catharines Standard and CJOH TV News, and holds an Honours Bachelor degree in Journalism from Carleton University.
