Veni Iozzo, MBA, ICD.D, is a distinguished board director and community builder with over 35 years of experience at CIBC, where they held various senior leadership positions in banking and corporate portfolios. Currently, Veni serves on the advisory boards of Kruger Inc. and Catalyst Inc., and chairs the GTHA Community Board for the TELUS Friendly Future Foundation. Veni is also the Vice-Chair of the Trillium Health Partners Foundation and actively contributes to Soulpepper Theatre Company. A passionate advocate for women's economic advancement, Veni co-founded The Prosperity Project, and has been recognized as one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women, earning induction into their Hall of Fame. Veni holds an MBA from Royal Roads University and completed the ICD.D program at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
