Vincent Lien is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Process Management at CIBC since September 2010, having also held the position of Senior Manager of Process Optimization and participated in the Technology Leadership Associates Program. Prior to CIBC, Vincent worked as a Consultant at Deloitte from July 2005 to May 2009.
