Will L.

Will L. is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in cloud modernization and big data platforms. Currently serving as the Director of Cloud Modernization at CIBC since May 2022, Will previously held the position of Director, Platform Engineering, Data & Analytics (DNA) at RBC, where responsibilities included leading an agile engineering team for the Enterprise Data Lake platform. Earlier roles at TD involved senior management and architecture positions focused on big data infrastructure, including designing Hadoop data platforms and supporting enterprise architecture initiatives. Will's career began at BlackBerry, where contributions to big data technology, system engineering, and service engineering laid a solid foundation in the tech industry. Additional experience includes leadership in quality assurance at Afilias and LibertyRMS. Will holds a degree in Professional Photography from Conestoga College.
