Chris Kwan

Chris Kwan is a highly experienced professional in the field of building services and project management, currently serving on the Contractors Registration Committee Panel under the Buildings Ordinance for the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region since September 2024. As a Professional Assessor of the Building Services Division at HKIE, and the Founder and Managing Director of REITHUB Consulting Limited, Chris brings extensive expertise from leadership roles including Director of Asset Management and Project Building Construction at Reitar LogTech Group, Executive Director at Egis M&E Limited and SunlandPlus, and Senior Project Manager at Link REIT. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree and a Master of Engineering in Building Services Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, as well as a Master of Science in Building Surveying from the University College of Estate Management.
