Matthew Hill

Matthew Hill is a Senior Associate at Compass-Intelle, where they lead building services and continue to develop expertise in Mechanical Engineering and Project Management. With a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Monash University and diverse experience across consultancy and contractor environments, Matthew combines technical proficiency with a client-focused approach in their designs. Since joining the AIRAH Victorian State Committee in 2017, they have actively contributed to the HVAC&R industry by mentoring young professionals and enhancing industry networks. Their additional roles include serving as Vice Chair for CIBSE's Victorian State Committee and accumulating significant project experience in various engineering capacities.
