Alka Gupta

Alka Gupta has extensive experience in the field of business operations and client management, currently serving as Team Manager at CIBT since November 2017, where Alka oversees teams of 30 consultants focused on strategic business travel and manages relationships with key clients. Prior to this role, Alka excelled as Team Leader, successfully integrating a new product into business operations post-Brexit, and as a Passport and Visa Consultant, processing complex applications for major accounts. Alka's prior experience includes serving as Associate Manager at Prince Visa Service, ensuring effective business operations. Academically, Alka holds an MBA in Human Resources from Amity Business School and has pursued further education in Business Administration and Management, along with a Foundation Certificate in Human Resource Practice from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
