John O'Connell is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in global operations and account management, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at CIBT since September 2025. Prior to this role, John held various senior leadership positions at Sirva, including Executive Vice President of Global Account Management and Supply Chain, where John led initiatives in supply chain transformation and customer experience enhancement. Previous to Sirva, John served as Vice President at Bristol Global Mobility, successfully launching an international division, and held significant roles at Prudential Relocation, overseeing a large team and shaping organizational strategies. John holds a BA in Spanish and International Business from DePauw University and an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
