August Moretti

August Moretti is an experienced board member and financial executive with a robust background in the biotechnology and pharmaceuticals sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member for Cibus since November 2024 and Neumentum since April 2019, August has previously held board positions at Pixium-Vision, SA from June 2022 to April 2024 and at 4D Molecular Therapeutics between January 2019 and September 2023. August has also brought considerable financial expertise to roles as CFO for Depomed, Inc. from January 2012 to August 2018 and for Alexza Pharmaceuticals from January 2005 to December 2011, where responsibilities included the role of General Counsel. August holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Harvard Law School (1972-1975) and an AB in Economics from Princeton University (1968-1972).
