Od Och

Od Och is currently the Talent Acquisition Lead at the Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC) and has held various roles in talent acquisition, including positions at T-Mobile Polska and Harvey Nash Polska. Previously, Od served as an Account Manager and Recruitment Lead at The Motion, where they managed high-volume recruitment primarily for airports and airlines. Od also has experience in customer service and event organization from their time as a Manager at Południk Zero Cafe. They earned a degree in Clinical Psychology from Uniwersytet SWPS in 2017.
