Paul also has 15+ years of professional comedy experience as a performer on the headline cast and as a former member of the ImprovBoston National Touring Company. Paul briefly served as the Director of the Mainstage Cast, responsible for all artistic and talent aspects of the show. Paul also worked as a Marketing Strategy Consultant.

Before their time at ImprovBoston, Paul worked at Bose Corporation as the Business Relations Manager in Corporate Communications, providing strategic support for retail marketing and consumer advertising initiatives. Paul started their career at Arnold Worldwide, where they served as an Account Executive/Account Supervisor, managing marketing clients and implementing integrated marketing programs. Paul also gained experience as an Assistant Account Executive at Euro RSCG, supporting the account team for interactive initiatives.

Paul Dome attended Middlebury College from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. In 1999, they also completed coursework towards a Minor in Spanish at Middlebury College School in Spain. Additionally, in March 2021, Paul obtained certifications in Advanced Content Marketing and Content Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn.
