Suin Chang currently serves as a People Business Partner and Human Resources Generalist at CIC (Cambridge Innovation Center) since October 2023. Suin is also the Founder of adansonia Inc., established in February 2022, and has been a Board Member of 松山さかのうえ日本語学校・子ども食堂 since January 2022. Prior experience includes an HR Manager role at Manabie from April 2022 to December 2024, where responsibilities involved setting up the Japan entity and collaborating with the Finance team. Suin participated in the Tokyo University FoundX Pre-Founders Program in 2021, working on the matane project, and was involved in the Fellows Program in 2020. Additional experience includes positions in recruiting strategy and consumer research at SmartNews, KEWAZO, Consline AG, and Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd. Suin holds a Master of Science in Consumer Science from Technical University of Munich, a Master in Public Policy from the National University of Singapore, and a Master of Public Policy from The University of Tokyo, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University.
