Sweta Patel

Sweta Patel has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Sweta began their career as a Cashier at Payless ShoeSource from June 2009 to January 2013, where they handled cash and credit payments and ensured merchandising standards were maintained. From June 2010 to May 2013, Sweta worked as an Account Payable Clerk at JCB North America, assisting with expense variances and providing project expense data. Sweta then became a Staff Accountant at JCB North America from May 2013 to October 2014, where they reviewed company expenses and collaborated with management on unusual variances. At Gulfstream Aerospace, Sweta served as a Customer Accounts Specialist from October 2014 to December 2016, monitoring credit status, managing collections, and resolving payment issues. Sweta then joined American Renal Associates as a Staff Accountant from April 2017 to February 2018. In 2019, Sweta held positions as a Staff Accountant at CollegeVine from January to June and as a GL Accountant at CyberGrants from August 2019 to February 2022. Most recently, they worked at CIC (Cambridge Innovation Center) as a Senior Revenue Accountant from February to August 2022 and transitioned to their current role as a Senior Project Accountant from September 2022 onwards.

Sweta Patel began their education by obtaining an Associate's degree in Accounting from Savannah Technical College, which they completed from 2008 to 2011. Sweta then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Savannah State University, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. Following that, they furthered their education by completing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at Savannah State University from 2013 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Sweta Patel obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification in June 2013 from the Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business.
